Founded in 2010, in Belgaum district, the NGO has conducted fashion designing courses and tailoring courses to enable women to learn the skills and convert the skills for their livelihood. Many women have learnt the skill and have been employed in several garment industries, and some have their own tailoring shops, which has made remarkable changes in their lives by being self reliant. The NGO was involved in a literacy program called "Sarva Shikshana Abhiyana," where school dropouts were readmitted to government schools and literacy campaigns were conducted to bring awareness of education to all. About 50 illiterate women in rural areas such as Khanapur Taluk, Alga, and Tharail villages were given income-generation skills such as candle making, chalk making, snack making, and so on. They participated in exhibitions, and items were exhibited in exhibitions nearby and were sold. There are about 50 SHG groups where income generation activities are being held. During COVID times, about 22,000 masks were stitched by women and were distributed to farmers and other public figures. There are about 2000+ beneficiaries so far.
